Trying to understand this question
It means when there is an increase the tax of a good which would definitely affect the actual price of the goods
Who suffers the borne more ?
The poor suffers more because they won't be able to get thesame quantity they use to get that good for a particular price anymore
That means an increase in tax in floor leads to an increase of the price of bread,
Which is not good for the poor

That means regressive tax
The options where not even right for me
It looks as the answer being regressive and also being consumers
Because the are talking about the borne on goods
