Tricky question but you just need to read it carefully before answering
They did not ask anything about population so anything population is out of the answer they also did not ask of the s*x if make or female
So the only answer left out is "A"
Not "A" because is a but because they are talking about the economy of the country
Since it has the range of %40 of people ranging 18 then the dependency is high
