The selected answer is wrong:
Central bank can never lend to customer, that's the function of commercial bank / merchant banks. The correct option is C. Central bank is responsible for issuing currency.
REF: As for reference, any economics textbook no matter how shallow its written will suffice

The answer is wrong the correct is C because is only the Central Bank that issue Bank Notes
