Money is valued by the level of the price, if the Price are high(Inflation) the value will drop, but if the prices are low(Deflation) the money will have value.

Yes that's very right, cos in Inflation, creditors gain not Debtors. Cos when a debt has been paid by the Creditor to the debtor, the money value would drop during inflation. This would be very expensive to purchase unlike in Deflation. So Inflation is the Correct Ans D
