They are right,the answer is "C",Subsidy means "Sum of money given,to help keep the price of a goods or services low".So when d goverment gives money to producers,they reduce the price of a goods,i.e,a goods that is supposed to be sold for €40,will be sold for €20.When d government gives the producer the money,he make enough profit.

It should b d provision of basic infrastructures n not grantin of subsidies 'cos without dis infrastructures it wil not b easy for industrilisation 2 develop even when d subsidies r provided.

I disagree with u.option C is d ans b'cos in order 2 encourage nd develop industrialisation govt must put in place sum basic infrastructure such as electricity nd road etc.so,option B is nt d right answer b'cos grantin subsidies cannot b enhanced without d provision of dis basic infrastructure
