The answer is correct.
The correct answer is NOT Land, Labour or Capital.
Without the entrepreneur who controls, directs, manages and (sometimes) owns the business organization, Production cannot be in existence.
And if production exist without the entrepreneur, it will eventually CRASH before LANDING.
Such a production will lack maximum output at minimum cost (profit)

Labour is an active factor of production. It is the factor that starts production. Land and Capital alone cannot start production, so they are passive factors. They need the active factor of production, i.e. labour to be productive themselves

The factors of production include land, labour, capital and entrepreneurship. Other factors like land, capital are passive and but labor is an active factor. Land and labour are two essential factors of production. Since the real work of production is done by labour it is considered as the active factor of production

*Labor* is often considered the factor of production that plays an active role in the production process.
Reasoning
1. *Human involvement*: Labor involves human effort, skills, and decision-making, making it a crucial and active component of production.
2. *Direct contribution*: Labor directly contributes to the creation of goods and services, whereas other factors like land and capital provide the necessary resources.
While all factors of production (land, labor, capital, and entrepreneurship) are essential, labor is often seen as the driving force behind the production process.
