Answer should be D base year is always assumed as 100 if the price wasnt given soo current price minus base year 128 minus 100 is 28 then divide by 100 thats 0.28

Yes,i know most websites have B as d answer yet that does not make it correct.
price index= current year รท by former year
if bread costs #300 this year and #150 last year,the price index is 200%...it shows d cost of living which is living standards has increase by say 50% assumming d last increase was 150%
