The Answer is A... check Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:
and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the
fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth,
and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

To multiply and fill the earth wasn't only directed/referred to man but also to the animals and plants God created...
To be master of all creation isn't appropriately the purpose of man's creation because the word 'all' breaks man's boundary as being the leader of Earth's territory to be controller of both heavenly and other created vast planets...
To help him look after the garden is the right answer and also the purpose of man's creation because looking after the garden covers taking care of the animals, the vegetation, the sea creatures etc

Second account of creation(How of creation) : After the creation had been completed and the heavens and the earth had been beautifully made, There was no rain on the earth. God watered the earth using most of the ground. There was no Man to till the earth and to keep it therefore God formed man out of the dust of the earth and he breath into the nostrils of man and man became a living being.

In Genesis 1:28 "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it" So option D is the most appropriate option.
