Molar Mass Of Propane=3*12+8=32
Oxygen is a diatomic gas therefore 02=16*2=32
Methane is CH4 Therefore The Molar Mass=12+1*4=16
Ammonia(NH3)=14+1*3=17
Therefore The Correct Answer Is C Because The Lower The RMM of a gas the faster the rate of diffusion

d gas wit d lowest RMM wil always have d highest rate of difusion.e.g take propane n methane:

RMM 4 propane=C3H8 (3*12 + 8*1)=44

RMM 4 methane=CH2 (12 + 2*1)=14

V.D 4 Propane=RMM/2 =22

V.D 4 Methane=RMM/2= 7
