When dealing with AI, the answer you get depends on the question you ask.
I asked the AI where the hydrogen in the candle wax went to, also that it should write a balanced equation for the reaction. The AI thanked me and corrected itself that incomplete combustion of candle wax produces CO and H2O. This is in line with the law of conservation of mass.
