The most correct and viable option is D
when Concentrated acids are dilluted it becomes less conc.(dilluted acid) making it loose its strenth therefore causing an increase in the PH. Note PH of acid ranges from 0-6.9

The pH will definitely increase as the higher the range of the pH scale, the higher its alkalinity

moreso how do will you expect an acidic solution to decrease in ph when diluted,that means you are saying that the level of it's acidity will increase whivh is incorrect,it must surely decrease in acidity. thereby shiwing an increase in ph level.please amend.thanks
