To work out this:
C 69÷12 H 15.3÷1 O 30.7÷16
C=5.75 H=15.3. O=1.92
From here, devide all through with the smallest 🙂
Which is...O=1.92
C=5.75÷1.92, H=15.3÷1.92, O=1.92÷1.92
Here...C=3, H=7.96~8, O=1
Therefore, the Empirical formulae is
=C3H8O
That makes option D a correct answer 🌝🙂

C=5.75. H=15. O=1.92
then you divide by the lowest which is 1.92,so we have
C=5.75/1.92 C=15/1.92 O=1.92/1.92
