Sucrose is a diasaccharide sugar while glucose is a monosaccharide sugar. Amino Acids is the end product of protein which is the correct anwser for question no 1. Fatty acids is far from the answer because it is not a protein byproduct and cannot be produced by hydrolysis by diluting it with mineral acid. fatty acid can only be the answer if the question is shaped in this way that oxidation of __(1) fatty acid__ lead to rancidity.
