Hmm, Children of God, the answer is correct. The reason why it is very important to read JAMB questions. I also didn't get it. If you look at the question, it asks for the number of electrons IN THE NUCLEUS of an atom. There are no electrons in the nucleus of an atom, thus, the answer is A(none).

My school if u look at the question carefully they says how many electron are in the NUCLEUS !! So nucleus contains zero electrons it only proton and neutron . so the answer should be (A) none

Nucleus consist of proton and neutron so it has 6 proton but they did not say the atom is carrying charge so it neutral and when its neutral number of proton is equal to number of electron hence it has 6 electron

every chemistry student must know that the nucleus of an atom contains only proton nd neutron nd no electron
