NaNo3 would decompose to give NaNo2 and O2

Pb(NO3)2 would give NO2

The correct answer is A. Because other methods of preparing oxygen is thermal decomposition of metals such as mercury, silver, lead and reaction of sodium peroxide with water

Because decomposition of either KNO3 or NaNO3 produces oxygen in the presence of catalyst or a reducing agent...

Heating KNO3 with Ca can produce oxygen...where Ca acts as a reducing agent to facilitate the decomposition of the KNO3
