The correct answer is D because when magnessium is burnt in air it produces both magnesium oxide MgO and magnessiun nitride Mg3N2.

Because burning magnesium ribbon in the air nitrogen is present there argon to is present there carbon dioxide which we all know as CO2 is also present in the reaction only oxygen is absence from the reaction example burning magnesium ribbon in air where there is an asthmatic patient there the patient will not be able to breath very well due to loss of oxygen during the reaction.
