Please the admin of myschool.ng should check this solving again. it is supposed to be the other way round.
That is, dilution factor = concentration of the undiluted solution (C1)÷ Concentration of the diluted solution (C2). The correct answer is option B. That is, 100

Vfinal = DF ×Vinitial
Interms of concentration it is using the formula C=n/v
Cinitial = DF × Cfinal
Therefore it is
DF = Cinitial/Cfinal
DF = 0.1/0.001
DF = 100
