Yes because 1 mole of sulphuric acid contains 2 moles of hydrogen ions
Therefore 0.02 moles will contain 0.04 moles of hydrogen ion

1 mole of h =6.02*10 raised to power 23
0.04 moles will give 2.4 *10raised to power 22

The correct option should be "C" and not "A".
H2SO4 ----------> 2H+ + SO42-
1mol 2mol
=> 0.02mol 0.04mol
But 1mol of H+ contains 6.02 x 10^23
Therefore 0.04mol of H+ will contain 0.04 x 6.02 x 10^23
= 2.4 x 10^22
