relative molecular mass=vapour density *2

;rmm=45*2

=90

(CH2O)=90

(12+2+16)n=45

(30)n=90

n=90/30

n=3

the molecular formula=(C3H6O3)

sum of CH2O=30which =vapour density45....den,45/30=1.5......den multiply 1.5by smallest no. dat givesit a whole no. example 1.5*2=3......den apply 3 to CH20 as in 3*C, 3*H2, 3*O.....Den u get ur ansa azzin C3H603
