The question says NaOH
So,
NaOH-----> Na2+ + OH-
0.001

OH= 0.001 or 10^-3
{OH- } {H+} =10^-14

{H+} = 10^-14 /10^-3
{H+} = 10^-11
PH = -log{H+}
PH= -log {10^-11}
PH= - (-11log 10)
PH= -{-11 x 1}
PH= 11

ph+poh=14
3+poh=14
poh=14-3
poh=11

NaOH-----> Na2 + OH
OH=0.001 or 10^3
PH=3
PH + POH = 14
3 + POH = 14
POH = 14-3=11
