Option D is correct

Any gas that's is more denser than Air are collected via downward delivery (upward displacement)
which includes So2,Co2,No2,Cl2 ,N2,Hcl
Also gases less dense than air will be collected via upward delivery or downward displacement this includes H2,NH3,CH4,C2H6

If the molar mass is greater than 32 or there is oxygen add to an element, it would be collected by downward displacement of air(Upward Delivery)
Cl = 35.5g/dm³
SO2 = CO2 =There is oxygen and an element
NH3 = 18g/dm³ it is less than 32.
