yea eletrolyte are compound which conducts electricity and decompose during the process

in other words to behave as eletrolyte the compound must be in a liquid form either as a mounten compound or an aqeous solutions of the compound a non-eletrolyte does not conduct electricity in this case which is C6H12O6
