Its lyk this o, once a reactant changes from solid [NH4Cl] to gas,[NH4CL sublimes to gas when heated.] it is totally disordered. Thereby being a positive entropy change, hope u get it

A positive entropy change means an endothermic reaction(to absorb heat)...thermal dissolution of NH4Cl requires heat for its reaction...
