The answer is D please. Litmus is purple when neutral, Result of the NEUTRAlization reaction is salt and water which is neutral

I was going through my past questions and i saw that the answer is orange and here i am seeing purple...please somebody should help me out am seriously confuses

the ans is purple. go and check your ababio under volumetric and qualitative analysis

The correct answer is "D" when HCL reacts with NaOH,a salt and Water will be formed
I. e
HCL + NaCl =====> NacL( Salt) + H2O (water)
NaCl is Neutral in nature and as such will turn litmus paper to Purple

The correct answer is purple because a litmus in a neutral solution e.g Water will just make the litmus damp nd Water is a product of HCL + NaOH --ยป H20 + Nacl . So the correct answer is Purple

NaCl is a neutral salt and its solution is neutral i.e, it is neither a base nor an acid. Litmus paper has no effect on NaCl solution.
the answer is not there
