This is one of the disadvantages of hard water
Hard water cannot be used in dyeing and tanning as the salts in it interfere with the modes of action of these processses.
For washing, hard water requires a lot of soap before it can form a lather. Soft water is ideal for washing as soap lathers readily in it..
Out of the options,, Option B is the most viable amongst the options. Hard water is used in brewing for bottling.
Reference: New school chemistry page 301

B is correct answer. why?
Hard water is often used in bottling processes, particularly for mineral water, as it enhances the taste and mineral content of the water.
D is wrong lol. why?
Dyeing is not correct. Hard water can actually interfere with the dyeing process by forming insoluble compounds with the dyes, resulting in poor coloration and uneven dye uptake.

In some traditional dyeing processes, especially in the textile industry, hard water is preferred because the metal ions (Ca2+ and Mg2+) help fix the dye more effectively to the fabric.
So the answer should be D

very wrong if the dissolved chemicals in hard water interfer with the process of dyeing d ryt ans izz bottling option b

hard water is not advisable for use in dyeing. the answer should be dyeing not bottling.

Here is the correct explanation:
Because curve for an ideal gas is linear therefore the correct and is option C
