Solubility is thesame as molarity, both measured in mol/dm³
...solubility=number of moles / volume(dm³)
= 34.2/342 divided by 50/1000
0.1 / 0.05
2mol/dm³

50cm3 produced 34.2g
no of moles produced=34.2/342=0.1 mole
1000cm3 will produce: 1000/50 *0.1= 2 moles/dm3

1000 is constant when dealing with measuring volumes

m=34.2
mm= 342
vol.=50cm³

sol.= m/mm × 1000/vol

= 34.2/342 × 1000/50
= 34200/17100
= 2(ANS)

THE 1000 IN THE FORMULA IS TO CONVERT THE VOLUME FROM "cm to dm³"
