We use Na2CO3 as a new chemical reducing agent for the reduction of GO dispersion. Na2CO3 can produce sodium ions and carbonate ions in the aqueous solution, then carbonate ions hydrolysis and yield hydroxide ions and bicarbonate ions, and bicarbonate ions can further hydrolysis and produce hydroxide ions.
