The reaction is endothermic now

i.e it involves decomposition. So decrease in pressure favours d forward reaction which is d intermittent production of PCl3

The more the number of molecules of a substance the more the pressure.

The reactant has one mole and the products has a combination of two moles as a result the pressure of the products is higher than that of the reactant.

A reduction in pressure will cause the equilibrium to shift to the right in order to increase pressure what this means is that a decrease in pressure will increase the formation of the products or will favor the forward reaction.

Note this only applies to gases.

Pressure doesn't affect the equilibrium of solids.
