Yeah! option B is very correct.
Because hexane has a total number of possible isomers of 5.
Using the formula below, you can find the number of possible isomers of an alkanes from carbon number one(1) to number seven(7) only.
2^n-4+1 where n=number of carbon atoms
Given c6H14
2^6-4+1
=2^2+1
=4+1
=5

Formula for finding number of isomers is given as
(2^(n-4))+1
where n=number of carbon atoms
So doing the maths you'll have-C6H14
(2^(6-4))+1
=(2^2)+1
=4+1
=5
which apparently is option B
