yeah very correct
the lower the number of electron in the element, the higher the energy required for it to get ionized(ionization energy) , which is number of electron is inversely proportional to ionization energy , the the lower the number of electron , the higher the ionization energy, while the higher the number of electron , the lower the ionization energy
helium there have the lowest number of electron which is 2 , so he should have the highest ionization energy
