I am really sorry about this, I did some more researches just to find out that deliquescence is just an extreme condition of hygroscopic activity

Hygroscopic salts are salts which absorb water from the atmosphere without dissolving in it .they do not form solution ,if they do ,the solution is sticky in the case of solid e.g quicklime, calcium oxide
