L shell comes after K shell...having 15protons gives us 2-K shell, 8-Lshell and 5-M shell..

the correct answer is 8 because in the kshell we have 2 electrons, on the Lshell we have 8 electrons while the remaining electrons falls on the Mshell.i.e K2L8M5

The right answer is 8 cos L shell has a maximum electron of 8 and d num of electron given is 15 therefore d remaining 5 belongs 2 M shell.

The selected answer is wrong:

the atomic number is 15,so k shell contains-2 electrons,l shell contains 8 electrons,m contains 5 electrons according to the electrons filling formula 2n^2

the ansa is 8 cuz L contain 8 electron...myschool admin take not of dat question

It shud be 8 bcos K-shell contains 2electron, L-contains 8electrons while M-contains 5

the right ans is 5 because it has 15 electron as a whole. And the first shell is 2 electron while the second is 8 electron so therefore the l shell being the last should be 5 election,to make it a total of 15 electron.

lt should be 8

K> 2, L> 8 and M> 5. Therefore d right answer is 8, 4rm d above question.

It should be 8'

it should be c bcos potassium has 15 electron, and the first shell is 2,second shell is 8 so to make it fifteen you add 5 shell/ The L shell of the electron will be 2,8,5, so 5 is the right answer
