IV is an electrolytic cell, they convert electrical energy to chemical energy so it shouldnt be among the answers
(III) is confusing too, it might truly be "Deniell Cell" which doesnt exist so it wont be in the answer, or Daniel Cell which is an electrochemical cell and is correct,
Other than these 2 I and II are both correct, please revise question and answer
