The fastest way to solve this is to quickly eliminate the lies using the rules you already know:
Option A (All are gaseous): FALSE. Chlorine is a green-yellow gas, Bromine is a dark red liquid (the only non-metal liquid on the periodic table!), and Iodine is a shiny black solid.
Option B (All form white precipitate with AgNO3): FALSE. AgCl is white, AgBr is cream, and AgI is yellow.
Option C (All react violently with hydrogen): FALSE. As you go down Group 7, the elements get lazier and weaker. Fluorine and Chlorine will explode when mixed with Hydrogen, but Bromine and Iodine are sluggish and absolutely require heat to react.
