molar mass of H gas: 1×2 =2g mol-1

2g of H gas = 1mol

0.5g of H gas : 0.5÷2 = 0.25mol

0.25mol of H gas at S.T.P occupies : : :(0.25mol × 22.4dm3) =5.6dm3

H2=0.5; H=0.5÷2=0.25;mole=mass÷molarmass;mole= 0.25÷1= 0.25mole; 1mole= 22.4dm3; 0.25mole= 22.4×0.25= 5.6dm3
