🌷It's Neon because Oxygen(O) has 6 in it's outermost shell,Phosphorus(P) has 5 in it's outermost shell,Potassium(K) has only 1 in it's outermost shell while Neon(Ne) has 8 in it's outermost shell making it the correct answer.
