Here is an explanation:

D ansa to d question cannot b polymerization bcos, polymerization involve adding of monomers to form polymers..... Also hydrogenation of oil is not a lager molecule, vulcanization of rubber is only a method used to improve the quality of rubber, esterification is d reaction between an alkanol and alkanoic in which we know dey are not lager molecules....... D last option remaining is starch which is a complex sugar, starch contains larger molecules in which by hydrolysis will produce simpler molecules (simple sugars)..
