Hold on C is Sodium an alkali metal which would easily release that single electron at the outermost shell, while a noble gas does not, A is most accepted option without much corgitating.

wrong answer it is not options c bcoz c is an alkali metal whereas options A is a noble gas with electronic configuration 288 remaining 0
