I agree to the fact that margarine is the answer because oils are changed to fats by the process of hydrogenation or the hardening of oil when hydrogen gas is bubbled into oil in the presence of nickel catalyst and heat then the insurrected fatty acid of the oil becomes saturated by the reaction with hydrogen to form fat
This process is used in the making of margarine
