SO2- and OH- are the anions obtained from the ionization of K2SO4 and H2O respectively. Knowing that in electrolysis, anions migrate to the anode and cations migrate to the cathode, the SO2- and OH- species will migrate to the anode in the electrolysis of K2SO4 solution.
