Z is basical not acidic

Acidic substances have a PH less than 7. Basic substances have a PH greater than 7. Since the first two: X and Y, have a PH less than 7 they are acidic and Z is basic which mean its the least acidic.

The higher the pH the the lower the acidity, so Z is 9.0 a higher pH making to be the least acidic

z is a base, so i think the answer is x and y is more acidic than water, because they have a ph less than 7
