The answer is allotropy cos isomerism only exists in organic 'compounds' but the question mentioned element not compounds.EG allotropes of carbon are diamond and graphite

The answer is actually isomerism and not allotropy...
Allotropes have different chemical properties.....
But isokers don't!!
