option B defies boyle's law,and option E defies the kinetic theory of gases.which makes option B and E correct.there must have been an error durin d typin of d question especially in option E.wat i would suggest one do is 2 pray and pick one out of the two.or bettr still, pick d one dat d is widely accepted by others.

Frm boyles law which state dat at constant temperature, d pressure of a given gas is inversly proportion 2 its volume... D word inversly their in d statement means dat wen pressure increases, volume decreces... Ansa B

The correct answer is B. Boyles law states that the pressure of a given gas is inversely proportional to its volume provide the temperature remains constant. This simply means as pressure increases, volume decreases and vice versa.

according to boyle'law the pressure of a given mass of gas is inversely proportional to its volume provided that its temperature remain constant

Since volume is inversely proportional 2 pressure as stated in boyles's law ,we cn therefore say an increase in volume brings about decrease in pressure and vise versace.option b is correct

B is wrong, even from the explanation given we see that as the pressure increases the volume decreases. The correct answer is D cos as the temp. increases the volume decreases.

Hello there, tho' option B is not correct, option E is also not correct, admin pls make corrections.
