As temperature rises the kinetic energy of gas molecules increase increasing the frequency of the collision of the gases with the walls of the container this then results in increase in perfect collision as intermolecular forces of the reacting species is broken this brings about the formation of product with ease .So increase in frequency of collision is more appropriate
