Correct Answer: Option C

Explanation

According to Avogadro's law which states that equal volumes of different gases contain the same number of molecules at the same temperature and pressure. If the number of molecules gas X contains, is Z molecules, therefore, gas Y will also contain Z molecules. Option C is the correct answer
