I believe B is correct because, a basic salt is a salt with an hydroxide ion in it, formed as a result of insufficient amount of acid reacting with base in a neutralization reaction

A is the correct answer because Na2CO3 is a salt from a weak acid(H2CO3) and strong base(NaOH)
B is totally wrong because it's an acidic salt
