the anwer is wrong because NAOH is a strong base which will reduce iron3 to iron2 which is green

The ans is D not C iron (III) gives reddish brown precipitate with NaOH by the way oxidation is always an increase in oxidation state so fe2+ can be oxidized to fe3+, while fe3+ can be reduced to fe2+. Myschool is correct.
