Yes Substitution...
One atom of Chlorine replaced Hydrogen in CHCL3 to form CCl4 (tetrachloromethane or also called Carbon tetrachloride)
And the Hydrogen atom further combine with the other Chlorine atom to form Hydrogen Chloride gas (HCl)

Yeah, the answer is substitution reaction or chlorination(halogenation: addition of halogen like chlorine). But don't be confused with chlorination reaction. There is no Chlorination reaction, chlorination is the best form, that is why I choose substitution reaction. I hope this might help.
