@myschool your answer is wrong.
A is the correct answer because
ph of 3.4 already tells u that the solution is an acid, on adding concentrated pcl(an acid) will make the ph of the solution to decrease.

Note : decrease in number of ph signifies an acid ,ph1,2,3 are very acidic,
ph 12 13,14,is very basic.

so,from this,the more u add acids to it, the more acidic it will become, and the more it will decrease in a ph scale.
so that's it.
