6.6% Hydrogen.
Atomic Mass of Carbon = 12
Atomic mass of hydrogen= 1

40.1/12 6.6/1
3.3 6.6
divide through by the lowest
3.3/3.3 =1
6.6/3.3 = 2 …; CH2

just add your given percentage 40.1+6.6 =100-46.7=53.3now this is ur percentage of oxygen🥱
